Creamy Chicken with Penne Rigate Pasta:

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. A day before, marinate the chicken breast in water with salt, black pepper and 1 tsp garlic.
  2. In the meantime, boil 25 grams of Penne Rigate Paste in hot water with 1/2 tsp olive oil and salt.
  3. Add 1 tsp olive oil in a pan. When it is hot, add the 1/2 cup of chopped onions.
  4. After a few minutes, add 1 tbsp garlic and sautee for another 3 minutes.
  5. Add 1/4 cup of brandy and cook until when alcohol smells disappears.
  6. Add 50 ml of heavy cream. Sautee for few minutes, add 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning and 1 tsp black pepper.
  7. Add the chicken pieces, add 1/2 of water and cover. Let it cook for about 5 minutes or until chicken is done.
  8. Drain the cooked pasta and add to the chicken.
  9. Top with 25 grams of fresh parmesan cheese.
  10. Enjoy!
